Workspaces that scale

Structure your work as Workspaces → Folders → Notes and Task boards. Custom icons and colours, a sidebar tree that follows where you are, and breadcrumbs to stay oriented.

  • Multiple workspaces with icons & colours
  • Nested folders
  • Sidebar tree with auto-expand
  • Deleting a workspace removes its contents
Markdown notes

Write in Markdown with a clean side-sheet editor. Flip between rendered preview and plain edit modes. Save manually or on close — your content is encrypted before it lands in storage.

Task boards, built your way

Mix columns, rows and cells however you need. Add any of seven column types. Rows can be real tasks or section dividers. Every row comes with its own Markdown side note for detail.

  • Number — numeric input
  • Date — a plain date
  • Due date — deadlines with overdue highlight
  • Checkbox — a simple toggle
  • Status — coloured custom options
  • Multi-select — multiple coloured tags
Board features

  • Filter by status, due date or text
  • Sort any column asc or desc
  • Export board as JSON

Create, write, protect, sync

Notes and task boards use a flexible data model with encryption applied before anything reaches storage.

1
Create a workspace and nodes

Start with a workspace (its name is encrypted). Inside, add folders, notes or task boards. Creating a note opens the editor; creating a board opens the board view — ready to type.

2
Encrypted before save

Note content, column names, text cell values and row side notes are all encrypted on your device before being written to storage. It happens automatically in the background.

3
Edit cells the way that feels right

Double-click a text cell to edit inline, or pop out a full modal editor. Status, due date and multi-select have their own elegant editors. Overdue rows are highlighted automatically.

4
Sidebar that keeps up

The sidebar tree shows your full workspace. Active items highlight and their parents auto-expand. URLs are shareable and fully navigable in the browser.

Every piece of content, encrypted on device

Notes applies strong field-level encryption to every piece of content you type. It's the right balance of privacy and performance for productivity — your text stays protected, while structural data keeps boards fast.

When to use Notes vs MyData: Notes is built for everyday productivity — projects, meeting notes, task plans. For information that must never be readable by anyone but you (seed phrases, credentials, recovery keys), use MyData with a per-note password for maximum isolation.

Build your first workspace

Create a workspace, drop in a note or board, and start capturing thoughts or tracking work — with privacy built in.

01
Create a workspace

In the Notes tab, tap "New workspace". Name it, pick an icon and colour, and it appears as a card on the Notes home screen. Tap to enter.

02
Add notes or boards

Inside, add a Note (Markdown editor opens) or a Task board (spreadsheet-style view opens). Use folders to stay organised. Everything is encrypted on save — you don't have to think about it.

03
Shape your board

Add columns with the + button. Pick the type you need — status, due date, checkbox and more. Drag headers to reorder, add section dividers, and use the toolbar to filter, sort and export.
